I never have. I love ginger and buy it in various forms, just never have tried to harvest mine. Maybe something I will try this year!

they are not really relevant these days. Really the O.G. (ocean grown) strains seem to be putting up the best numbers. Cali is even whooping Amsterdams strains.

Awesome bama. Been a long time, but I'll retire someday and not have to worry about hair shaft tests, my employer doesn't 'play' either Lol! I know a guy, a Blue Stone quarrymen back when I also was self employed in a stone quarry that has been growing the same strain of chocolate thai since the early '70s. It tasted just like chocolate!
