So I'm at a loss! I just got back from the doctor and had some issues to talk to him about. I have ADHD! Who has that at my age (41). So I took my new meds when I got home and idk if I want to run laps around the house or go to bed. Good grief! :/

Going to be 36 this year and had it all my life and OCD too... Knowing you have it helps, I won't do the meds... just lots of coffee, lol...

might want to speak with your doctor about that..either a med ajustment or reevaluation
