GreenFire just started selling Cemanis chicks $200 each and Svart Hona $100 each. Their prices for their others have come down also and they have a few new breeds.

They might have been sitting on them for too long at those prices. Maybe that's why the price reduction. Still a "decent" price for "just" a chicken! Considering I paid $1300 for my purebred CKC registered Briard for which I waited 2 years! I don't think I'd want to risk loosing my $2000 chicken to a predator.

their svart hona are the lesser quality line than what mine will be. Mine are ewe crazy. Even at $100 and $200 a chick, who's going to pay that?! I got my svart at a steal practically is the only reason I have the eggs.
