Helping the oldest with schoolwork and trying to score an old octagonal end table off craigslist for a broody box. I had an epiphany for the coop since there is not a lot of floor space in mine *an enclosed end table with one of the double doors removed would work perfectly instead of a dog cage*are you done working on the bunny hutch for the day @vehve ?
@tntchix whatcha up to today?
It looks great so far. Who wouldn't want a zoo?Jem, yeah... I'm in need of some more materials. I need to get the siding and roof materials, plus some more wood for the doors. It should be a pretty quick build to finish it once I get everything. The doors will take some time because they have to be painted before the net can be installed on them, but other than that, it should assemble pretty quickly. I still need to figure out how I'm making the roof, I'm trying to build it so that I could just lift it off the whole thing when I want to take down the hutch. The four wall parts come apart pretty easily. These are things we need to consider, because we're not planning on living here forever, and the next people might not be as enthusiastic about running the local zoo as we are.
thats great your thinking ahead for moving it and everything and able to build it so it will be more portableJem, yeah... I'm in need of some more materials.
