Why not? I think you might be able to fit one in Sally...

You set on the 1st, count the 2nd as day 1, 3rd as day 2.... when you say day 21, that date is your hatch day... at the same time you set them... simple...

ya but they can hatch anywhere before or after a day or so depending on heat ect...........anyways I decided I really like hatchiong on the first day of the month it makes remembering timing sooo much better...




which by the way my last hatch was my very first staggered hatch AND trying shipped eggs..........My DIY incubator has out performed my highest expectations in fact the sucker keeps making me have more chickens then I thought I would putting in eggs with anticipation some wouldnt hatch instead they all hatch!

I always look at what day of the week I am setting them. If I set them on sunday, then I expect them to hatch the 3rd sunday. Works here.

No, I did not say THE 21st, I said count the dates up to 21 and that day is your hatch day...

Alaskan, go to your calendar... point to the 1st, point to the 2nd and say "1", then the next day is "2", count to 21... when you say 21, the date you are pointing at is hatch day...

Not if he's using Sally... her temps are dead on so her hatches are exactly on time...
