one plant and seedling at a time I got a lil stool set all up, next to a short three shelf..and a huge bucket of compost and just scoop n fiddle n plant n do the thingie have someone coming over in a couple days to buy some of them too and setting aside some trays for the community garden.. ... ohh and so jazzed worked out a deal with the nursery right around the corner from me..and get some composted soil like a trashcans worth for a couple bucks

I'm not to happy either Alaskan. But I'll have to deal with it. Those cemani turken crosses, the two she had turn out nice and pure black she thinks are both pullets. The others she thinks are cockerels are not fibro. But she says they have the fibro gene and should throw 25% fibro chicks. :-( She only got three that she wanted with the naked necks so I guess I shouldn't complain. There will be no more cross chicks cause she lost her NN rooster, all but one of her other roosters and a bunch of hens and ducks to a weasel attack. The rooster she has left killed it but is in rough shape. Luckily her cemanis were in her workshop.

Wow @Amberjem ! BUSY LADY! I need to transplant some tomatoes tomorrow hopefully I will get time in between work and church program.

My computer is acting up right now

@Razadia , The new chickens are pretty!! I am thinking about getting some Buckeyes next year. Let me know what you think of them.

DH went to Dr today. He has pneumonia

. Poor guy. I made us all chicken and egg noodles for dinner & he is asleep. Hoping he kicks it quick.

So far I love them. The cockerels are calm and pretty friendly as are the hens. They're all pretty young, but one of the hens laid and that's a pretty big egg.

fibro gene is dominant. They can't carry the gene and not show it to some extent. Sorry, I'm not trying to make your day worse.
