@vehve

Me, I would grab a tree... slice a bit out, roll the log into the room, tip over DONE!

But, if you wanted to use your flat concrete top... you could have a forest of thinner logs as legs, or ANTLERS

@vehve , Alaskan and I are from the same world! LOL! This is a door I dug out of someone's garbage, 2 cedar logs I found on the side of the road. The pic is not that good. I was actually trying to capture the crack in the concrete of my screened in porch, but it has my homemade table in the pic. Not cement, but may help you with ideas.

Want some opinions. I was sent eggs and 5 of the 16 are fertile. Seller is willing to send more if I pay shipping. Is that really fair? I feel like they broke their end of the deal. I understand infertile eggs happen but it shouldn't be over half the order.

I would ask yourself if you want more of their eggs? And if you were going to buy them from someone else would it cost more and would you get a better hatch? If you only have to pay shipping as compared to paying for eggs + shipping what do you feel more comfortable doing?

it's more.cost effective to pay shipping and be done, BUT what if these are infertile too?

Contractor got back to me!
Lol shouldn't be so excited, still no quote, but still by winter a bunch of stuff that will make life (and being poultry crazy) easier, will be done!
I hope...

I wish I had enough free time to garden. Looks awesome. I just had a 100% hatch rate on shipped eggs. :th
