I envy your snow Al. We had temps in the fifties today. All this rain is just too depressing, you need the snow to cope with the lack of light.

Just perfect, even with this thick heavy wet snow.


After the first plowing we busted one of the feet off of the plow.

Having to plow a mile of mountain switchbacks really bites.

Darn, I should have sent you something. Not that I've saved anything this season, we had an abysmal harvest. Really cold summer, and not much sun. To balance it out, we're having the saddest winter ever. This is what Christmas in southern Finland looks like this year.

Lol!, that could be a pic down the road from me,wrapped bales painted up as pumpkins for Halloween and then snow men...
Warm here also, had our first cold and snow this weekend, I think it was the first time the ground froze. Last yr, months of below zero F to -25F. Going to be in the 60s on Thursday and low 50sF on Christmas.

I never used the feet, I thought they were only for blacktop driveways. I wanted to scrape just as close as I could, never used the feet. Sucked plowing when the ground wasn't froze though, I had a Fisher plow, bottom trip, dang thing would dig in and trip the cutting edge jump and jump and....I loved it on frozen ground could push way better than those plows that have the whole blade trip.
