Cornflake rooster was named Cornelius and based off of Welsummers...

They've kept dogs caged, still no fence due to various issues, but shotgun stays loaded at the back door... have never talked to them since, but sounds like they're about to get evicted due to nonpayment...

I think it's funny they say Kellog's corn flakes rooster is a Welsummer. Even looking way back to the original pictures, looks nothing like a Welsummer. Unless there's a original pic I haven't seen yet.

Welsummer is correct for the rooster , was lost for the breed name so that's why I referred to it as the corn flake rooster as per what I've been told

If you look at a Welsummer rooster , the back and flowing tail feathers as well as the colors do make a case for it being the Corn Flake Rooster
