just got back from the ER.
Bell Palsey
I thought I had or was having a stroke...
they found my blood pressure was a tad High... 240
Oh and I have a bladder infection...
So they darted me and watched me and fed me pills and evenutally lunch...
I am so tired
But glad to know Bell Palsey should resolve itself some where around 4-6 weeks
Medi-Cal paid for it all and will pay for all the meds

finding out i had a bladder infection solved some issues and aches and pains that I didnt know were connected.

Bell palsy is cause by a virus... Your immune system gets weakened stress and wham the virus gets a toe hold. Most cases the doc says its Chicken pox.

Nasty little critter Chicken pox.

Now all I have to to is not dribble food out my left side of my mouth and drink with a straw.... Take my pills an behave....

No more (insert your favoite vice here) for a while.

thanks guys it means a lot.

coffee and Sushi will be the hardest ones for now. Gotto get that blood pressure down.

Id already chilled back on the adult beverages... didn't taste right.

one thing at a time....

But outside of moving home which I cant do I need more time to do things that relieve stress.

writing worked some but I am burned out for now. Being outside makes me happy.

I will see what I can work up.

There are a couple of sculputres I have been wanting to do. As well as building a prototype for my Egg roll out nest.

I need a nice big terracotta pot and some barbed wire and a bag of post hole concrete... for one

for the other I need some pvc pipe, a big flip top tub ... some carpet... and a boot tray....

It'll drive Grandma crazy... but I have to do something Both projects can be built while sitting at the picnic table.
