They have some chicks just out today. Looks like they just popped out so I'm leaving them alone for now.

My black jerseys are not like that at all. They are quite skidish. Austrolorps are probably some of the friendliest we have. None are as calm as Beercan described.

Our one and only Dixie rainbow hen has gone broody. Hate to discourage a good broody, so we gave her eggs. Not that we needed more chicks.....but you can never have enough.

Chickies hatching under mamma giants. And when I went to turn off the turner in the hova and up humidity,should have done it yesterday I guess I was thinking wrong, crappers...I have pips, two days early, pips, hopefully they'll be all right.
