Know a guy on BYC that has many breeds, 'maransfarmer' asked him how he separates his breeders. Says he keeps them separate in chicken tractors.

I have been building 3' x 7' x 4' tall pens out of 2x4s and OSB board. The 3x7 works well because I use a 4x8 sheet as the roof. I jigsaw out windows and staple hardware cloth for ventilation.
I have 3 of these connected to a 20x20 run.
I alternate which pens get to go out into the run each day.

Hey, Ricky Your so fine you on my mind hey Ricky. Mickey? Where does Micky come from in the Video there was a little skit with A fake Lucy and Ricky. Hubby is usinh OSB board on mine. He says painted works just as well. The reg wood would need to be painted anyways. He got tiny
Mobike home -camper windows and one for each house. He turned them around so I can open from outside the chicken houses. Framed them with 2x2s wood. And solar powered exhaust fans. Sing the song when you read the lines
