but Peaches are zero points on WEight watchers... so unless I eat a bushel of them.... but I only had seven they were sooo good.

By the way the new anti depressants are beginning to let me peek in to who I used to be...... Only day two... I suspect its a placebo effect but I dont care.... I miss it.... buried it....

The new blood pressure meds are getting rid of that edima in my legs which had gone through weight loss before I started taking them..

I really am a positive individual under all the crap.... sigh.

I am beginning to take note of the good things I have accomplished rather than all the things left undone..... This is a big one.

Happy you guys are alive well
Had my newest son naturally (the other two were c-sections). Hatched and sold lots of muscovy. Two of my Rouen's (one's a rouen cross) went broody, that hasn't happened before in the three seasons I've had them, their eggs should hatch soon... Got my greenhouse back in order over the last few days. Made some progress on the reno... Well I painted a bit... Busy, busy!
Oh the pic of my big belly was from the day before I had the little man.
