you play huh? do me a favor and don't fall off a cliff....I like you.
Weasels and stoats can get in a hole the size of a quarter.
I am keeping the traps baited with chicken heads for one more week... then I will buy hardware cloth
and my lovely free coop will probably become a $1000 coop!!!!!
And just now I heard coyote howls! sheesh! everyone should be buttoned up well enough (I have three that I bring into the house every night, one of those is my only bantam wheaten ameraucana), but with my luck they will probably bash their way in somewhere -sigh-

X2 @vehve! I swear, if my house were a Pokemon stop, my son would come around more than once a week! When I talk to him, he & wife are out at unusual places-for them-hunting Pokemon.
@Alaskan coyotes are very common here. See them at least once a week. I always hear them after 10pm.
Today seems like a great day to call out sick....but I'm not going to. It's POURING down rain, lightning, thunder, 5am, and my boss put it on my calendar that we are having lunch today.
. I like my new job, but it's very mentally demanding. I don't concentrate well.....maybe I have ADHD? Anyway, on top of that, I think I am the one out of 20 people there that does not have a college degree. My boss is a 70 year old genius. No kidding. And at lunch he will carry on about work, work, work, work. Last time we went to lunch, we went to one of his favorite places in town. I work in a bad part of town. The floors were so sticky my shoes were sticking and making noises as I walked.
. I kept thinking, if they can't manage to mop their floors, who is cleaning the kitchen? Grossed me out & I was afraid to eat there. Wish me luck.
