I purchased a incubator last year that did a okay job but I am thinking about building one this year. A few questions I have. What are the best materials as far a a container to build it out of? Can you have to much air circulation inside of the incubator? What is a good heat source besides a light bulb?

A light bulb would probably be the best source, since a heat pad might shut off when it gets too warm.

That's a lot! You'll need a strong heat source. Usually styrofoam coolers are used for diy incubators but that wouldn't be big enough for you! I'll keep thinking on that one, hopefully someone else chimes in! Circulation is always good though.
I was thinking about building one with metal and lining it with styrofoam on outside and covering it inside and outside with fiberglass. Also use a light bulb as heat source if hot enough and install about three or four 3” circulating fans. The humidity I have not figured out yet.

i would use an old minifridge since their insulated, And two lightbulbs controlled with a single poll hot water heater thermostat

And for humidity ide use open containers of water and add/remove till perfect
