DIY ROOST IN BROODER

Just looking for ideas for easy roosts I can build to put in the brooder. The brooder isn't huge so it'll be smalland its a plastic bin so I can't attach anything to the walls

Screw a couple pieces of scrap wood (1x2 or 1x4 work well) together in a "T" shape. Lay it on its side. Roost handled.

I screwed a dowel onto two scrap triangular pieces of wood. Stable enough for an adult to perch on it without knocking it over.

I cut a tree branch just a smidge wider than my plastic bin and wedged it into place...then I put hot glue around each end, and smooshed a little underneath as well. It's super sturdy, but I'm sure I could peel it out later if I wanted to.
