I had an issue with my younger pullets roosting up on top of the big tubberwear feeder I have in their coop. given that its up on a pallet table off the floor of the coop, its right about at the same level as the roosts are in there, and they wanted to stay away from the big girls in there. So a scrap piece of hardware cloth I had stashed in my scrap pile was pressed into useage here, and it just happened to be long enough to cover the space I needed. Threaded a little spare wire to weave the ends together and then I tied it to the roof of the coop in there instead of trying to attach it to the feeder. Should work well enough to block those pullets from parking up there.
