I have a 3 yro Buff Orpington hen. She got sick, I am guessing, from another of my chickens who had similar symptons but died. She is off balance, will fall over and seems to be blind in one eye & not sure what her vision is in the other eye since she does get around the backyard. She walks in circles but I think she does this to see with her "good" eye because after circling she heads out. She eats like a horse when the food is in a small container, drinks water, loves her treats & seems to peck at bugs but never seems to get them. She is very thin. All this has been going on now for about a month. I keep her seperate in her own little place which she seems to like. The other chickens viciously attack her because of her handicaps. My chickens have never been wormed. We had a bad mouse prob in their hoop house about the time this all started but has been taken care of now. This little chick seems healthy despite the aforementioned prob/symptoms. Her poop is normal. She was vacinated for Mareks as a chick. I gave a course of antibiotics when this started & have given her B vitamin.
