Dizzy, off balance chicken

Hi:

Have something similar with my Wyandotte. It started out as an infection in her eye and her sinus. The first antibiotic did not work and now she is off balance. The vet said that the infection has spread to her brain. Very poor prognosis. We are trying to force feed her with syringe and giver her another antibiotic but if she doesn't come around I will have to put her down.

Well this happened to 2 of my chickens and the first one fell in my pool so we just figured she almost drowned and that is what effected her brain. She ended up getting so bad she starved because she couldn't get up. Now my wyndotte is starting to act the same, off balance, dizzy, but self aware. I really don't want her to end up like my Jersy Giant and I have 2 more Jersys that I have to keep safe
