I have a 16x16 coop.I plan on using the dlm.An 8x8 area is fenced in for our ducks,they are 6 wks old.The coop floor is dirt or shoud i say red alabama clay.The ducks make such a mess i dont wont to use dlm for them.If we put 3-4in of sand would that help with the ducks been so wet and smelly? Would the sand harm them? Thanks for all the great info.
