Do all chicken breeds get along

What is the purpose of your future chickens; layers, meat birds, bantams, Silkies, Polish and so on? Pick one and only get birds in that one category. There will still be plenty of varieties to chose from if you want a mixed flock.
That way you don’t have to worry about what type of feed to give which type of chicken.

I have a lot of different varieties, including bantams and a Rhode Island Red cockerel), and they all get along just fine. Banties don't really let their size bother them. I had a white cochin bantam cockerel that would run from bird to bird, challenging them, and then he'd run away because he couldn't win...

Mostly for eggs and for pets for my boys. I love the silkies they are so

The biggest no-no is putting a game cock in with a cock of any other breed (or even another game -for some).

My experiences have taught me that docile breeds should be with docile breeds. Don't put a docile breed with an aggressive breed, because the docile one will get pretty badly bullied.

I also don't recommend mixing bantams and large fowl UNLESS the bantam(s) is/are males. Reverse that and the banty females can get flattened.

They all can get along... but not all do. Even chickens of the same breed don’t always get along. It’s even better if they’re all raised together. Yes bantams & standard chickens can live together, again, it’s better if they were raised alongside one another. If you do mix sizes, it’s best if the Bantam Chicken was the male... I once had a largefowl roo breed my Bantam hen (totally my fault... I forgot she was still out) and caused a small vent prolapse which is thankfully okay now.

I have a mixed flock of Barred and Partridge Rocks, Cochins, Speckled Sussexes, Brahmas, Wyandottes, a Barnevelder, Cuckoo Maran and an Easter Egger, and had Orpingtons mixed in, in the past. All these breeds do very well together.
