Do all roosters have wattles???

I have a sizzle "hen" that could be a roo, but it doesn't have wattles. Do all roosters have wattles?

Hens have wattles too. ( except Ameracauna and maybe something else)

All birds with beards have no/reduced wattles. Sumatras and Chanteclers don't have large wattles ethier
