Do all your chickens have names?

We have 48 chickens, and they all have names. However that doesn't mean I can remember who is what as we have 7 white silkys. Some of our most memorable chickens are:

Our first 3 hens (red stars) Bella, Lola and Floppy

Our grown banty roosters of mixed linage: Carlos and Barns(there was a Noble too but he passed away)

Our Colored Silkys- Ebony(blk) and Guinie(brn)

The little banty hen i have as my profile pic - India

Barred rock Rooster- Rocky

Spangle Hamburg Rooster- George

Red Sex linked Roosters- Kramer and Little Jerry

Cherry Egger Rooster- Red

our banty hens that we can tell apart and seem to have the most personality are: Stella, Kenya, Tulsa, and Asia

My GD used to name them, but she said it's too hard now, with about 500 of them.

We replace our laying hens every year or so, she ran out of original names!!!

She still names the roosters though. Her favorite one was Stripe. A Barred Rock.

A few others have names, because they are always in my way.

Most are just called "the girls"

I don't have but 7,

4EE Moe the king of the roost, And his 3 henchwomen, Eenie, Menie, Minie

2 Auracaunas, Thelma and Louise

1 Black Sultan hen, Dirty Bird

I have 26, and 25 of them have the same name: Spaz.
They currently live on our enclosed back porch. Anytime we go out on the porch they all "spaz" out. After calling them my little spaz a few times, it stuck.
The only one I don't call Spaz is our rare. I call that one Baby. Hopefully soon we'll figure out what the heck it is too!

My rooster is Paul.
The girls are getting names as we go. So far Penny is my black one and Peppy is my banty, in memory of my friend's banty, Paprika. The rest haven't told me their names yet.
My Runner Duck is Charlie. The other ducks are as yet unnamed.
My pigeons are Night, Sparkle, Cloud, The Big White King, Fairy, Gabriella, and 10 unnamed others.
I do believe in naming all my "friends" but I like to see if they will "tell" me their names first before I pick one!

I named the lay-eggers (DD’s term) to make identification easier. I waited until they revealed their habits and personalities:

New Hampshires
Mrs. Batty [alpha girl]
Jane Marple
Bianca the Manx (still hasn’t regrown tail lost in dog attack)
Miss Prissy
Mae West (orig. Twisted Sister, but grew too pretty and voluptuous)

White Rocks
Barbie (aka Wild Thing)
Zasu Pitts
