Do Ameraucana roos have waddles?

I just got some pullets and two of them have waddles, non of my Golden Ameraucana hens have waddles, just ear muffs.

Both sexes are not supposed to. I got a rooster a couple years ago that had little tiny ones, so it can show up from time to time.

You probably have easter eggers.
