do bantams hatch before regular sized chickens?

its because i have in my incubator;4polish,12bantam blue leghorns, 2welsummer and 3 random regular sized eggs

I have had bantam eggs hatch at 20 and even 19 days while underneath a hen (who was also a bantam, coincidentally). I think they do it just to throw us off!

I haven't tried any in an incubator yet, but I broke down and ordered one today. I'll probably put some Belgian Bearded eggs in it, since the girls are being unreliable broodies this spring for some reason.

I vote: No. Dutch bantams and large fowl lakenvelders hatched exactly the same day.
