do both of the peafowl honk or dose just the male yesterday the girl was honking

Yes. I have two adult males, 3 adult females and all of them honk. The males are the only ones that bellow out those amazing calls though.

And the honking is usually when something is bothering them. Mine dont honk for fun, its always when something has spooked em.
