I don't see anything. They look as they should.
I even checked to see if maybe they pipped at a different spot but there's nothing.

Did you calibrate a thermometer and set it inside the bator at egg level ?
What temp and humidity did you run ?
What day did you set them and was it morning or evening ?

Nope, never do.
Temp stayed at 98 and humidity stayed at 60% until lockdown then it was at 67%.
I've had great hatches this way.

If they are all moving and haven't internally pipped why not just give them a few more days until you see internal pip then do a safe hole?

You probably should assist them with hatching or chances of survival probably dip down to zero. This is very sad and not good. I can be a guide for you if you don't mind. I have done many assisted hatches before. There is no hurt in giving them a shot at life! It is better to try and possibly still fail then to not try and they are destined for certain death.

I have assisted a few hatches before but any advice you can offer will be helpful

Okay, lay a soft towel on a table. Get some coconut oil, olive oil, or warm water as a moisturizer. Coconut oil or olive oil will work best, but water will work too. Lay your moisturizers beside the towel within reach. On the fat side of each egg, gently break the shell and peel away the shell gently. If you see any active blood vessels, stop and give it a few minutes.

Once the vessels are dry, start again and peel the membrane off. If any bleeding occurs, put a small amount of flour on it to dry it. Keep the membrane wet and moist so the chick won't get shrink wrapped. Keep peeling off shell first, then tear membrane. If you do the shell first, then tear membrane, you will lessen chances of bleeding. Keep tearing shell and membrane until the duck is free. Blow some hot breath on it every now and then to keep it warm. Say a prayer for it as well. We have saved gasping, dying chicks with prayers, chicks who were bleeding out with prayer, and even a stiff dead bird with prayer.

We found a stiff dead bird, prayed for it, and it flew off. If you need any more help, don't hesitate to let me know.
