The temps and humidity is what I've always done for any duck eggs and it has always been fine for me. Plus they have always hatched on time. This was just the first time it's happened differently.I'm sorry, Kiki. So strange that none made it.
Perhaps if you try duck eggs again, put the temp just a little bit higher? The slightly lower one may have been okay for the shorter chicken gestation, but too low for ducks?
My dad is thinking that maybe had to do with the lady's duck eggs. Because all other duck eggs, I have hatched from my own flock.
The only time I have ever hatched from someone else, is when we had a broody chicken hatch out 9/9 eggs that I had bought.
