Thank goodness ou can get a few ducklings for this little one I sure hope it makes it out.
So sorry duckling 1 died.

Your duckling will be fine until then. No need to feel stupid about mixing up dates, we all do it.

If the yolk is still left in one, definitely watch him. If he accidentally yanks his yolk sac, he could easily rip his own guts out. It almost happened to me one time. If he hatches with yolk, please do not try to cut it away. That will kill him. Lay him on an extremely soft towel inside the incubator and try to make it a nest around him so he will not move much. Please keep me updated.

I'm sorry, Kiki. So strange that none made it.

Perhaps if you try duck eggs again, put the temp just a little bit higher? The slightly lower one may have been okay for the shorter chicken gestation, but too low for ducks?
