Do Chicken's like snow??

I think it depends weather or not your chickens are use to it. Ours eat snow, butbecause we keep them in the barn in the winter they do not like to walk around in it.

Our "Hot Chicks"

are only 8-9 weeks old, weather was nice 2 weeks ago so we put them in the coop and hooked up the heat lamps for at night. Other than the snow they are doing great! Eating and playing like kids.

My chickens do not like snow at all.

Mine are Vermont born and raised- they hate snow. We open the coop every day (except if it is going to be single digits or blizzarding) and if they come out of the coop for 5 minutes it is an event. They stand in the doorway and you can see them think "NO WAY!"

I think they spent the entire winter inside

Those ones seem to be having a whale of a time!
I've heard that Chanteclers love snow, but i can't find any, which is too bad because we get a LOT of snow...
