Hello I have mother hen setting on 5 duck eggs, it’s day 20 and I’ve noticed strong urine smell in garage and on eggs is this natural.

Chickens do not pee; they release urates through their poop (that’s what the white stuff on the tip of the pop is). Normally, a broody will take a break once / twice a day to eat, drink, bathe a little and take a MASSIVE dump which stinks like no other poop you’ve ever smelled (since all they do is sit on the eggs, they have a lot built up). Where has she been doing this? If it’s inside the garage somewhere and it hasn’t been cleaned up, then there is the source of your smell.

That is not a normal smell. Have you changed the bedding? Chickens don't just pee. It's all excreted in their feces.
Do you have a cat or dog that visits where your hen is sitting? If yes- the kitty or pup might be marking their territory.
