Do chicks sometimes develope bald spots?

I don't think that they are pecking each other and there are no bloody spots or sores. They all seem to be balding in about the same spots. Today they are 24 days old and most of them are balding on thier wings on what I would call thier "elbows" or "shoulders". Maybe they are loosing thier fuzz before thier feathers are coming in. They didn't seem to get any bald spots on the rest of their body.

Yes, some of them can get really bald on the wing bows - what you described as their shoulders.
They can get pretty scraggly looking, but no worries the new feathers grow in quickly.
