Do comb, earlobe and wattles continue to grow?

It seems my rooster comb wattles and earlobes have doubled in size recently.
Do they grow continously like beak and nails?

No they dont grow continuously

I find that they will grow quite a lot larger after the first year, but they should max out at some point. My 2 year old Ancona cock has a comb that is considerably larger than the 1 year old cock.
Continuous comb growth is a health problem.
