Do Ducks feather out later than Chickens?

I have Ducklings and Chicks, the same age. About 2 1/2 weeks old now. The chicks already have most of their little wings feathers and are getting lots of feathers on their bodies, but the ducklings are nothing but down. Is this normal?

My ducks getting they feathers about 1-2 months, i don't see any problem
