Look for discharge from the eyes and nose, listen for sounds of congestion.

Usually there is swelling if sinus with stopped up nares or drainage or both.

Respiratory can mean breathing with mouth open rattling in chest generally looking like they feel awful not eating much.

I see drainage, but it’s only started since it’s gotten really cold out. And it isn’t very much. So I’m not sure. They are eating fine and acting alright. Except since it’s gotten cold they’ve gotten lazy..nothing from eyes tho.

My ducks spend more time sitting on their feet with their bills tucked under their wings since our temperatures have dropped. I haven't noticed any signs of illness, though. They are eating a bit more, too.
