Do ducks sing an 'egg song' like chickens do when they lay?

I've heard chickens sing their 'egg songs' and started wondering if ducks do the same?

Mine seem to be silent, i don't think it would be pro-survial to announce to the world that you layed an egg and where your nest is.​

They will chatter before they lay as they find the perfect spot (usually in the mud

) to lay their egg.

I watched mine actually lay an egg the other day and no sound. Ducks seem very meditative as they lay!

Yes, medatative is a good description! Also those chattery noises they make when they find the perfect spot. At least my runner makes those noises, not so much my Campbell or Welsh.
