I am getting a Brinsea octagon Eco so I will not need to open the machine to turn eggs. I know I want to turn at least 3 times a day. Can I turn more on some days? Do they have to be turned at the same time and the same amount every day? If I am planning to turn at 6 am, but leave at 10 can I turn them again before I leave then when I get back at 4 and 2 more times before bedtime? Does it matter if I turn more than that on days when I am home and available to turn more often? So confused!

No they would not have to be turned the same time everyday. As long as you do the turning throughout the day. It's also fine to turn more when you can, 3 times should be the least more is always better as long as they are not left in the same position for two nights in a row. Odd number of times a day then they won't be in the same position at night.

Good luck with your eggs and new Brinsea!! Great choice of incubator by the way I have a octagon advance and it's fab.
