Do female ducks try to breed other females?

Okay, So I have 4 pekins, aand 3 of them are obnoxiously loud, So I assume they are females, the other one quacks like a boy, raspy and quiet. He is easy to tell apart from the others because he has a pale beak and feet. Anyway, One of my females? tried mating another female. Do they do this? Or Do I just have a boy that sounds like a girl?

Yep, they do that, its a dominance thing.

haha i dont know about duckies, but my chinese crested girls do that all the time.
