Do hens always lay in the same nesting box?

I got my 1st egg was in middle end box, the next 2 1 in the top and 1 in the middle end boxes, the last 6 were in the same box Middle end box. I have two Comets pullets laying eggs right now, I'm waiting for my EE and 2 JG to start.
I did catch them this morning going in to lay their eggs when the 1st one came out of the box the next one went in, I Just happen to be in their to see them this morning it was all most like they waited for me to come back in the coop after I let them out, I went in too check the boxes and she jump in as I was cleaning filling the feeders & waterer than she jump out and the next one jump in. They were sooo funny squawking really loud the whole time, Look at me!

I have six nesting boxes and I got 10 eggs yesterday ALL in the same box. They stand in line to use the one box and some raise a ruckas when they think the hen in the box is taking too long.
I have actually seen hens stand on the perch in front of their preferred box and just lay their egg from the perch. Go figure.
