do i get rid of one of my roosters?

I have two roosters. One is a dominique rooster, and he seems to be the dominant one, I also have a cochin rooster. My cochin rooster is not crowing, but my cochin hens seem to like him more than my dominique rooster. The cochin rooster seems to peck at the other females that are not cochins. Should I leave them be. or do i get rid of my cochin rooster and see if the flock adjusts?

With only 6 or even 8 hens you should only run one rooster with them. Otherwise your hens get overmated and stressed. Personally, I wouled keep the cochin. They're slower to mature and known for being easier to get along with. But either way, you need to keep your hens in a good environment and two roos is too many.
