Do I have a frizzle or a frazzle and how do I help her?

Mine is pretty much feathered out now, just a few pin feathers here and there but she seems much happier. I'll have to take some update photos and post them.

If only the rest of the older birds in the flock would all feather up, it's been wet and rainy with chilly temps. I'm seeing 2 of my scruffy girls staying in the coop more often and my poor roo looks embarrassing.

I only noticed 3 of my hens molt this year. I'm glad my frizzle feathered out also. I thought it would be miserable this winter.
