Do I have a hen or rooster???

Hi everyone. We are new to owning chickens. does any one know if this is a roo or pullet? we are in a surburban area and the person we got them from said she was pretty confident that its a pullet. but i'm worried that she/he isn't. Any opinions would be really appreciated. (especially ones saying that she is a pullet) im not sure how old she is but im estimating about 4 months or so.

Need better pics. Looks like a cockerel to me from this pic just going off the red wing bars. Saddle feathers would confirm it though.
