We are very rural/isolated with lots of wildlife-good and bad.
I lost a pullet to a hawk in March.
The hawk is gone, no longer to return-nuff said. I have had no other issues/problems with predators. My birds are 15 weeks old, and free range from 6 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. or when they go into coop at dusk. This a.m. I found a feather in our front yard. It's from a big Bird and I don't recognize it. Can someone help? We have all the typical air predators, including owls, bald eagles, cara cara, hawks etc.... Pic of feather is included. Thanks for your insight and opinions
