DO I HAVE A ROO??? I NEED EVERYONES HELP PLEASE...

I went outside today to smoke and i heard a crow... i cringed.. (cannot have roosters here) Im pretty sure i know which one it is.. so im posting pics here to get EVERYONES help on wether or not im Correct.. its the only one with a high tail feather like that... its a silver laced wyandotte....

thats what i was afraid of.. thats the only hen i thought might be a male cause of the tail lol..then today....i heard a crow... and .. he wasnt even the one in charge either one of my females is BIG MOMMA she keeps everyone in check lol
