Do I have a roo

they will probably be all hens but you cant really tell until they are 6 weeks old... if you want to know what percent your chance is go however many chicks you have and multiply it by .9, so if you have 10 chicks you have a 90 percent chance you have a roo....

cuckoo maran
Easter egger
Swedish flower
Golden buff
Salmon favorelle
Buckeye
The golden buff and Faverolles are definitely pullets. I see no obvious cockerels in the rest so far, but if you are worried post updated pictures in 2-3 weeks.

Yes meant to get hens but I’m just anxiety ridden everyday I google when I’ll know that a few are roosters and I get such conflicting information. So I really have to wait until it doesn’t lay an egg. Please help
Well, roosters aren't the worst thing in the world especially if you only have a few. They should be all hens, and if not you could complain and see if they'll fix it for you. Yes, even sex venting is only like 90-95% accuracy, but I wouldn't worry about it until some start looking like roos. If you do have roosters, and they won't fix it somehow, you don't have to panic. One rooster is even good for a flock because he can guard and warn the flock of danger. If you handle them all from a young age they should have better temperment, even the roosters. In fact roosters can be the most affectionate of your flock, (this is due to them being less skitish than hens). Of course every chicken's an individual and breed does play an important role. I would look up the breeds you have and see if their roosters are generally docile. As for the pics, it would help to have close-ups of the combs of all of them, the yellow one has a good comb pic, but the others need more focused less blurry ones. And is that 2 yellow chickens or just one from two different angles? 5 chicks or 6? And what breed is the final yellow one if 6?

Five is the golden buff, and a pullet based on coloring. Six is the Faverolles, also a pullet based on coloring.

Thanks! I don't know much about chicken breeds, I know some basic ones pretty well, but only the ones I've had before or researched for some other reason. You seem to know alot more than me, so if you don't mind I have another question to do with the breeds of the chicks up there. What breed is the black and white one? It looks alot like a Black Australorp, but that's not one of the breeds he got.

It looks like he's got 6 so that's 6*.9 or a 54% chance so it's a coin toss, but that's that you'll have ONE rooster out of all of them.

That’s some relief. My easter egger was the first to use its wings (flighty?) and my Swedish hen is really calm not too skittish. Heard Roos are not skittish like hens
