Do I have a rooster? Please help!

Hi everyone, it's been a long time since I've posted. The other morning I heard some crowing from my hens. The culprit wouldn't do it in front of me until 2 days ago. I've read that some hens will crow but I'm concerned it might be a rooster. Here's a few pics...

Thanks for the help. I was checking on my birds just a few minutes ago and another one decided to crow, so I took a couple of pics and ask your opinion if roo or not.

Well, anybody near the Albany, NY area want these 2 guys? If I had more land and less neighbors I'd keep them but I don't so they need to go.

Definite Roos - we just recently had to get rid of one of our EE that started crowing and turned out to be a Roo.

On a brighter note I listed my 2 cockerels on craigslist and I sent them to their new home just a little bit ago, they'll get to free-range on 25 acres.
