Do I have a rooster?

I purchased 6 EE female chicks from a hatchery online. 2 died in transit and of the four survivors, I’m concerned two are roosters & I can’t have roosters where I live. These two have unique tales & their combs are more pink/red than the others. They are 7 weeks old.

I’d like 6 hens, so tips on picking out girls from the locally available Americana’s would also be very helpful!

I’ve attached pictures of the two I believe are roosters.

Sorry, but that much red in combs at 7 weeks says males.

I’d like 6 hens, so tips on picking out girls from the locally available Americana’s would also be very helpful!
Pretty hard to do unless they are about 6-7 weeks, then again, look for yellowish combs rather than red.
