The brown highlights on the black chicken look like my black copper maran but that is not really all that common and I am not incredibly knowledgeable about these things but it might give you a starting point.

Yes thats a cockeral for sure.

I have no idea on the duck and im sure alot of people will yell at me for sayying this but maybe its a mallerd girl? looks like it in my VERY limited experience.

I would say the duck is a mallard, looks just like mine did acouple weeks ago. I think both of mine are girls, so I think it would be a girl.
