I have a small flock of mutts. 5 of my girls lay consistently, with medium to large eggs and good shells. This turd has always laid fart eggs, and often with soft shells, but sometimes with nice hard shells. This week's eggs were both tiny : one with a tiny yolk and hard shell, the other with a soft shell and really thick, gelatinous white, and no yolk. They were all about 16 months when I got them in late February (I live in Arkansas) and needed some TLC to grow back feathers and get healthy. They've been wormed, done 2 rounds of Corrid, and a round of Tiaguard, as well as electrolytes and vitamins. She's otherwise healthy and happy and is a favorite because she's so curious and friendly. Does she just have a messed up reproductive tract? If it matters for identifying her, she lays green eggs as do 2 of my others, so while I don't think she's ever laid a normal egg since she's been here, I am not 100% sure of that.
