Do I have all Roos ‍♀️‍♀️

Hi there, welcome to BYC! :frow

I think I see one female that is pale pink. Most appear male, but how many birds total are we looking at?

Get a good look at this for comparison...
400

I have 11 lavender Orpingtons and 4 other breeds and son took pictures for me. Is the dark red combs a sign of Roos?

It is usually the first sign BUT hens when mature will have red combs as well.
Eggsighted posted the picture of what saddle feathers look like and that is the second sign.
The crowing is the third sign. Not all males will crow when there are multiples. Usually the subordinate ones won't grow often if they grow at all.

I see several males. :(

What should I do with them all??

Send them to freezer camp or invite them to dinner. :drool

Re-homing or letting someone else feed their family is also a good option.

Some folk keep a stag pen and let their boys live together without harassing the ladies. I do this but only in order to grow to the size or age I want and allow for features to truly be seen before I select which boy(s) I will keep for breeding purposes.

Good luck! :fl

Can you look at circled pictures. I think those are the females. Ugh
Any suggestions on what to do with them
If you have the space and enough hens to keep the males happy- but that's a lot of cockerels. I'd look into your options but wait before acting. In some cases a couple roos are okay. In other cases, they get aggressive. You may have to re-home some.
